Daily wrap-up 10/9

Dinner and hang out at a friend’s this evening. Met their father, who is originally from Hungary. Very interesting to talk with - engaging, knowledgeable. The way he ordered his adult daughter around was mildly humorous. Iowa Hawkeyes beat Penn St today. As a long time Iowa fan, we’ve been at this juncture more than a few times. Maybe this will be the year they take it all the way and don’t get embarrassed by some run and gun happy go lucky southern fair weather team.

Package arrived today. 3 day weekend, which is AMAZING.
