Catch the Water

You want to save the water that comes from yr tap. You also want to run the dishwasher every couple days. You’ve a big family. The dishwasher manual says to have the tap water run hot before you start the cycle; it’ll be better that way. You run the water up to hot - but before it reaches that max temp, you catch all the coolerness and fill your 72 oz water bottle and also the coffee pot for tomorrow morning.
